Daniel “Jay” Jama is the Principal Adjuster licensed in Florida. Jay is an experienced public adjuster, helping policyholders through the complex and often frustrating process of filing property insurance claims. Jay represents policyholders through the entire claims process and fights on your behalf to ensure the maximum insurance payout to restore your property to pre-loss condition.
To ensure the strongest representation for policyholders, Jay has earned the following designations and certifications: Property Claims Law Specialist (PCLS), Casualty Claim Law Specialist (CCLS), Certified Property Appraiser & Umpire (CPAU), Public Insurance Adjuster licensed in Florida (home state), Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Illinois, Michigan, InterNACHI Certified – Wind & Hail Inspection, and OSHA certified.
Monika Smolarczyk – Senior Vice President of Marketing and Human Resources
Monika Smolarczyk worked as the Vice President of Marketing at UPC Insurance, one of the largest property and liability insurance companies. She led all aspects of marketing and built a high-performing team from the ground up. Monika also developed and managed a Licensing department and closely partnered with the Claims and Legal departments. She rebranded UPC Insurance, supporting rapid growth and geographic expansion to 12 states.
Monika earned a Master’s degree from Northwestern University, and her corporate experience spans 14 verticals, from construction and logistics to hospitality and technology.
