Our fee is simple and range from10-20% of the recovery money (excluding depreciation), depending on type of claim, its complicity and stage of the process that PA is getting involve. No recovery-No fee.

Who should use a public adjuster?

Anyone who needs to file a claim.
Anyone that feels being underpaid on a claim.
Anyone whose claim was denied, but they believe it should be cover by their policy and paid.

How it works (Walk through the process)

  • Get Facts & Submit Claim
Your insurance claim process starts with our PA working with you to understand what happened, make sure your claim have coverage and gather documentation. Then we submit your claim to the insurance company.
  • Assess Damage
While the first step is over and claim reported, our PA will conclude inspection and document all the damages. This step is the foundation for our negotiations with the insurance company to get you the settlement that you deserve. We will spend the time it takes to make a comprehensive evaluation of your property in order to prepare an estimate of the amount necessary to repair all of the damage.
  • Demand Payment
We will use our estimate of the damage, along with other items that may be allowed under the terms of your policy and our experience to prepare a demand package for the insurance company. We let them know the amount that you should be paid. If you go through the claims process alone, here’s where you’re likely to get more push-back from the insurance company and become a victim of deny-delay- defend practices or being offer lowball settlement.
  • Negotiate
We are trained in the science and art of effective negotiation. The insurance company may insist that you comply with “post loss obligations” under the policy and require various things from you. We lead you through all of the details, establishing your claim and protecting your rights. At this stage we bring together all of the facts to negotiate with the insurance company’s handling/desk adjusters to get the money that you deserve.

What kinds of damage claims are the best candidates for a public adjuster?

Roof damage, wind and hail damage, mold, theft, , fire and lightning are all common forms of claims that we service. To simplify – anything and all, that happened causing property damage that's sadden and accidental.
